Jennifer Connelly - Office Manager
Jen thoroughly enjoys her role at Connelly Law Offices which is readily apparent by the rapport that she shares with others in the office. “My goal is to help as many
people in the office as I can and make their job as easy as possible throughout the day.”
She doesn’t view herself as being above others in the organization as the office manager, stating, “we are all interchangeable cogs in a wheel. If someone is not here, I need you to be able to pick up and work for anybody and the other way around. The lesson I want our staff to learn while they are here is that they can step into a number of positions and do so with confidence and the necessary skills to succeed. That’s one of my goals as an office manager.”
Jennifer has been a staple at Connelly Law Offices for nearly two decades and is responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth operations of the firm’s Connecticut and Massachusetts locations. She is exceptionally skilled at supervising and motivating others to give their best at all times. With a Master's Degree in education, Jen is a natural leader who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys keeping the working environment fun but productive and believes in providing training to her staff on a regular basis. "Knowledge is the best tool that we can provide our staff with," Jen says.
“My other goal,” said Jennifer, “is client satisfaction and when it comes to that, I am unyielding. I once heard it said that keeping clients satisfied with the service you offer is non-negotiable and I truly believe that.” Jen feels that the core principle of client service comes down to one word – caring.
