The holidays are upon us here in the Northeast and although it has been a mild winter thus far, long-term forecasts are stating that the second half of the winter season will be seasonably cold with some stretches of below-average temperatures. Although there is nothing more traditional in New England than a warm house as the winter snow piles up outside, along with this tradition come the dangers of house fires - and we are now in an extremely dangerous time of year.
